Peppermint is invigorating, cooling and offers many therapeutic properties. This particular scrub makes a wonderful poultice and can be pressed to the lower back or you can do a foot pack or hand pack to help relieve pain. Apply to the stomach while in the shower and allow it to set, to help with bloating or menstrual cramps. This scrub can be used in the bath by adding a few tablespoons to warm bathwater for a soak.
Use this as a full body scrub after being in the heat all day and it will assist with lowering your core temperature. If used as a full body scrub in the morning, you will certainly hit the ground running!
We use organic cane sugar, infused hand crafted herbal oils, grape seed, therapeutic essential oils and all fresh ingredients.
We grow several types of peppermint on site and allow it to grow until its hearts content. The horses enjoy a nibble, the hens love its bug repelling properties and we enjoy growing it in the pathways to release its fragrant essential oils as we walk on it.
No chemicals, fragrances, coloring, preservatives or anything else unnatural in this scrub or any of our other products.
Keep in mind that this scrub will vary in shades of natural peppermint plant green.
Our fresh scrubs do not require refrigeration and will last up to 3 months. Keep them fresh by making sure the lids are secure, using clean utensils and not allowing any water to come into contact, while in the jar.
All scrubs arrive in a gracious 8 oz jar with a screw top lid.
